The academy celebrated the graduation of its first executive training cohort, with participants from government entities and private institutions completing an intensive program in administrative leadership and institutional development.
Over the course of the program, participants developed and defended transformation projects addressing real challenges in their own organizations - from restructuring workflows to designing performance measurement systems.
In her closing address, Dr. Salam Saffaf congratulated the graduates: the academy does not measure its success by certificates delivered, but by the impact its graduates create in their institutions.
